You can start from Lespoune, with several circuits prepared by Yves allowing to discover palombières, the beautiful surrounding villages or part of the way of Saint-Jacques. Copies of IGN maps, with the circuits are available.

At less than one hour, you arrive at the most famous places, like the throats of Kakueta, the way of mature or the footbridge of Holzarte

And for high mountain, many guides and ideas of excursions allow to discover the most beautiful tops, like the peak of Orhi or the circus of Lescun.

You can also use the guides of excursions published by the offices of tourism. With the 3 guides of Béarn of Gaves, Soule one and vallée d'Aspe, it is more than 150 ballades and excursions marked out at less than one hour.
